Recipient of the USTFCCCA NJCAA Division III National Assisant Coach of the Year and Northeast Region Coach of the Year awards. Among many successes, Kenny has trained 4 national champions, several All-Americans, state champions, and county champions.

Kenny is the co-head coach of the Hofstra Running Club and the Assistant Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps, and Multis Coach at Sachem North High School. Kenny holds the USTFCCCA Track & Field Technical Coaching Certification as well as the USATF Level 1 certification, and works with various high school and college teams and athletes.

Kenny was an All-American hurdler in college at Suffolk County Community College and Stony Brook University. Kenny was also a high school standout, ammasing many awards and post season honors at the highest levels, and is one of the best hurdlers produced on Long Island.

Every workout begins with a dynamic warmup. Every workout is planned based upon the needs of each athlete. Some athletes will focus on speed and explosiveness while others may train towards strength and endurance. One of the most important things we focus on is efficient running technique.
