More About Me

Philip is an athletic training professional with over a decade of experience both in professional sport fitness coaching – St George Dragons Juniors, Sydney Kings Basketball, Sydney Blue Sox Baseball, Panthers Premier League Netball – and as an educator at the Academy of Sport Speed and Agility, FC11 and TAFE.

A strength and conditioning specialist, Philip is currently completing a Masters in Exercise Science from Edith Cowan University and aims to create programs to improve athletic performance.

-Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA-Professional Level)

-Level 2 Functional Movement Screen Qualification

-Certified Speed and Agility Specialist

-Provided S&C development in Basketball, Netball, Baseball, Rugby League, Soccer and Volleyball

Sessions are integrative in nature, with specific attention to injury prevention, mobility/flexibility (move better), foundational strength and capacity training (feel better) and specialist athletic performance such as strength/power, speed/agility, aerobic/anaerobic development (play better).
