More About Me

Over the past 10 years I have had a broad working experience as a strength and conditioning coach (online and in person) with developing, semi and professional sport athletes. I am a current ASCA level 2 Professional Coach with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching, and I am currently undertaking my Masters in strength and conditioning. My current position at Sydney Uni Sport and Fitness comprises of implementing strength and conditioning programs for men’s grade and women’s rugby union, men’s national league water polo, swimming and elite athlete program athletes (track and field and modern pentathlon). I ensure my programs are best practice strength and conditioning and sports science strategies to maximize the development of all athletes for week to week competition and individual campaigns. I have had many athletes I have and currently work with to go on to represent both their state and country, including 4 individual athletes and many more in team sports


Throughout my junior years I competed for my state in swimming, cross country, athletics, surf lifesaving, touch football, AFL and triathlon. I also competed at the national titles in swimming, cross country, touch football and surf lifesaving. Currently I compete in the Masters Swimming Competition where have I have won multiple national titles and in the past 4 years have won 4 silver relay medals and one bronze at the World Titles.


A typical session with me could be online or in person and would depend on the athlete's goals, strengths and weaknesses. In saying this it would start with prehabilitative exercises designed to prevent injury or strengthen a current niggle/injury, then work on the main focus areas (strength/speed/change of direction etc.) and lastly warm down and or core strength.
