I study bachelor of human movement (exercise and sports science) specialising in elite level coaching, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and exercise delivery


I have the knowledge and ability to prescribe exercise for all people and deliver an exercise program specific to individual


I have my own home gym


Have competed at a state level in track (100m, 200m) and often participate in exercise as part of my AFL program
