More About Me

I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for developing young athletes. I work closely with children aged 8-18 on a range of sports specific skills and general strength and conditioning. I can help improve speed, fitness, coordination, strength, reaction times and perception.


I have worked as a trainer independently for nearly four years with athletes ranging a number of sports including soccer, rugby and athletics. I have also worked at an OOSH center for 6 years so have plenty of experience working with children.

I am certified in first aid and have a working with children's check.


Played Rugby League for 17 years. Wests Tigers Junior squads. Currently play A Grade for Willoughby Roos. Best and fairest and Players Player 2016. Touch Football NSWCCC.


An initial meeting would include base line testing. From there we can set a plan on how to improve certain areas and what specifically needs work. A typical session would include sports specific strength and conditioning drills. Dependent on your code of sport and position we work on a variety of beneficial drills. The session concludes with sports specific drills and your ability to complete them under fatigue.
