Initially I spent time with the client finding out exactly what they are hoping to gain from my sessions. Then I design a strength and conditioning program that is aligned with their needs. From there I work closely with clients to ensure that everything is done correctly and safely. From there the focus is progressive overload to ensure continual strength and conditioning improvement.
