Consultant, sports scientist and movement coach to professional athletes, sporting teams and individual's by maximising sporting performance and human movement. Athlete members include key members of the Australian Ƈricket Team, professional ƈricketers and the Sydney Sixers BBL Team. Tom’s business focuses primarily on firstly helping athletes achieve above and beyond their original athletic goals and secondly, through complimentary and frank mentoring, changing their lives.
To accomplish this, Tom utilises his impressive knowledge of sports science, psychology of behavioral change and elite sports performance, yet he understands that more is necessary for supreme athletic development and excellence. Essentially, under pinning all of the above is the human element; about forming a life-long relationship with an athlete, a genuine relationship based on the exact needs of an individual athlete and what it takes to help them excel to the best of their athletic and human capacity.
