More About Me
I have coached at all levels and ages across the world over the last 15 years. I have coached International teams in the Caribbean, worked for a Premiership Club in the UK and been a Master in Charge of Rugby at an elite school in Sydney-also coaching a schoolboy rep team. I worked as a Coach Educator for the RFU and recently became a World Rugby Coach Educator. I am currently coaching at my local club on the Central Coast and at Camp Wallaby.
I have my RFU Level 3 coaching qualification and ARU Level 2. I also have a BSc in Human Biology, an MSc in Sports Management and a Diploma of Education.
I was selected in the England U16s and U18s but missed out on a cap due to injury. I played for Loughborough University, Leicester Tigers Academy and Northampton Saints and in National Division 2 before injury cut short my playing career.
I focus on core skill development in a fun and challenging environment. My approach has an emphasis on perception-action coupling, essentially picking the right thing to do at the right time. I am highly adaptable to your needs and can develop a range of activities to suit your goals.
I can assist you with a number of off field services including but not limited to match analysis, tactical understanding, match preparation and fitness and nutrition.
