Current strength and conditioning coach at the Cronulla Sharks, working with NRL, 20s,18s,16s.
I work with all age groups but mainly spent many years working in junior development, many of my athletes have moved onto professional careers in the NRL.

I've played rugby league for 12 years and played, junior reps such as Harold Matts and SG ball Penrith and played rep footbɑll in New Zealand, also played NSW cup for St Mary's.
Can expect an experienced and professional coach that has a major focus on technique and learning. My major focus is to work on all major aspects of the sport such as speed, agility, power and strength. A session with me would consist of a major focus of the session. If we are working on speed looking to prepare the athlete for the session( specific warmup for the session), focus on technique, applying the technique in controlled exercises and drills, to performing the movement in sport specific situations.
