I have 12 years experience as a Personal Trainer/S&C Coach/Rehab Specialist. I have worked in commercial, private and as mobile trainer/coach.

Sessions will based on what the initial assessment dictates the best course of action is regards to the athletes/clients movement, skill level and requirements. Sessions will involve a warm up with dynamic mobility and prep exercises, a skill component, a strength component and warm down.
The aim of a session is to address areas that require development, improve movement, speed and strength. This is done in a progress manner where the athlete needs to be proficient before advancing. Sessions will always have a fun element to them too.
