I have been a coaching for 4 yrs, started with U12. I've coach athletes from 9-12 yrs old. I've currently worked at a grassroots club and a youth academy. I can work with any age group with their ability ranging from beginner, intermediate and advanced. Industry Certificate: Grassroots.
Throughout my athletic accomplishment, I have represented my High School in Yr12. In 2013, my local club made it into the semi-final, but lost in extra time. My U9 team won 6 aside undefeated in 2016. In 2017, my U10 was Minor Premiers and Grand Final Finalist.
Start with foam roller and resistance band to warm up your body and reduced injury. Focus on first touch, striking the ball, running with a ball and 1v1 by using agility techniques together. At the end of the session, you will do shooting practice.
