I am familiar with representative programs across NSW and the skills required to compete at this level.
I focus on building and executing tailored training sessions based on your personal needs. This consists of skills practice, use of correct techniques, agility, strength and conditioning, mindset for confidence and basketball IQ (running offence/breaking down defense). I can train players in all positions from 1 to 5 and develop dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defensive execution.
