I'm a qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with 5 years of coaching experience. I coach basketball athletes from the youth level to semi-professional and the college level. One of the main reasons I started my business was to teach kids how to prepare their body the right way to reduce injuries and improve performance. This is something they are currently not getting taught!

I played representative basketball for the Sutherland Sharks throughout my teens and early twenties. I played multiple seasons in the ABA Waratah league as well. I'm 32 years old and I still play on a consistent basis and still striving to improve every day.
Sessions are designed to improve vertical jump and multi directional speed. I incorporate a combination of mobility, strength and agility based reactive games.
