My booking request was not accepted, why am I seeing a charge?
If you place a booking request through the “Book Me” button, we automatically place your funds in a secure account. We only finalize the transaction once your coach accepts the booking. Your coach will have 48 hours to complete the booking request.
We will release your funds automatically if your coach declines the session or if 48 hours elapses. If this happens our team will follow up with you and recommend another qualified coach to help you Master Your Sport.
